I surveyed on the 6th day of Sept. 1910 for the Corporation of Fredericksburg the Alms House Lot lying in the County of Spotsylvania VA. and a short distance westward of the Corporation limits. [boundary description] Containing an area of 14.348 acres. -Fourteen and three hundred and forty eight thousandths acres and was surveyed on the 25th day of July 1910 for the Normal School - a map of which is in the hands of the Public Property Committee. The enclosure for the reservoir contains 1-2/5 acres of ground. Given under my hand this 10 day of Sept. 1910. Edgar H. Randall, S.S.C. and City Surveyor of Fredericksburg.
