Map Book of Fredericksburg, 1958

List of sheets and link to images

The earliest surviving Land Book produced for the City of Fredericksburg is 1930. However, the City of Fredericksburg continued to grow with major annexations in 1940, 1951, and 1955. A copy of the Map Book for 1958 survives in the Clerk's Office. This book covers the entire area of the City. These maps have the property lines as described in the subdivision plat, the footprint of the building, the number of running feet of frontage, and other special characteristics.
