[Page 522] On Wednesday the 8th day of July A. D. 1861 and before the Judge aforesaid comes William Minson & others by Holland their attorney and make the following report. State of Indiana, Franklin County. To the Honorable John S. Reid, Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of said County William Minson, Barbary Minson his wife, formerly Barbara Tritchler and widow of said Joseph Tritchler deceased and Valentine Snyder the executor name in the will of said deceased make the following statement to said Court. That said Joseph died in July 1852, then no letters testimentary upon the estate were applied for or issued, the provisions of his said will the said Barbara as his widow remained in and had possession of all the real and personal property belonging to his estate. That under direction of said Snyder she sold at public auction the following personal property. [not transcribed]
