The condition of this Company like most other manufac'g companies has been for some time on the decline, and, the prospects for its long continuance is anything but encouraging. There has no dividend been made for more than twelve months past.

Metcalfe, Commissioner of the Revenue for the Town of Fredericksburg, do solemnly swear that in making out the list hereto annexed, I have dilligently, faithfully and strickley to the best of my knowledge and ability, pursued the provisions of the several laws prescribing the duty of a Commissioner of the Revenue.
