A TRACT of LAND in Fauquier county, on the north branch of Rappahannock river, about 20 miles above Falmouth, containing upwards of 4000 acres, whereon is a plantation in good order for working about 8 hands; likewise two other tenements, under leases for lives, which pay yearly 1000 wt. of tobacco and cask each.
