To be SOLD to the highest Bidder, before Mr. Benjamin Johnston's Door in Fredericksburg, on Wednesday the 3d of February next, if fair, otherwise next fair Day,

ABOUT twenty likely Virginia born SLAVES, on Half the Money for which is to be paid down, and twelve Months Credit allowed for the other Half, giving Bond and good Security, bearing Interest from the Date, provided the Bonds are not discharged when they become due. At the same Time and Place will be sold about four Hundred Acres of exceeding fine Tobacco and Grain LAND, at the South West Mountains in Orange, about four Miles below the Courthouse. The Terms for the LAND will be agreed on the Day of Sale.
