To be Sold in Fredericksburg, on Monday the 21st of this Instant (September) being Fair Day, by the Trustees of Mr. Benjamin Grymes,

The residue of his Estate made over to us, namely, a Tract of Land adjoining Recovery Furnace, containing sixteen Hundred Acres, on Credit till the 25th of April 1773, the Purchaser giving bond and Security, and the bond to bear Interest from the Date it not punctually paid; also several Slaves, Waggons, Carts, and Cart Wheels, together with some House and Kitchen Furniture; for ready Money, or Merchants Notes payable at the October General Court ensuing
