To be SOLD at Fredericksburg, on Thursday the 20th of June, being Spotsylvania Court Day,

THE dwelling house now possessed by me, with the timber yard adjoining, whereon are erected a kitchen, smokehouse, and every convenience necessary for a family; it is situated on the main street in Fredericksburg, and may be easily converted into a store. credit will be given until October General Court for one half the money, and until April General Court for the other half.
