To be SOLD, FOUR LOTS in the town of Fredericksburg, on one of which is a handsome brick house, with two out-houses for offices not quite finished; to which another lot adjoins, proper for a garden; and below is a river side lot, on deep water, adjoining the lower ferry; and a fourth on a cross street, near enough to be the house to be convenient for stables, &c. Inquire of Mr. Roger Dixon in Fredericksburg, or the subscriber in Gloucester.


N.B. If I sell the above houses, &c. I would also sell a valuable estate adjoining the town of Falmouth, about two miles from Fredericksburg. [2m]
