LOST on the evening of the 11th instant, in Fredericksburg, a red Turkey leather pocket book, in which was a set of exchange, John Crawford, on Spiers & French, and Co. for 53 2s. 8d. sterling, dated Maryland, July 4th or 5th 1769, in favour of indorsed by Charles Crookshanks. All persons are desired not to take an assignment of said bills, as the subscriber will stop the money in the merchants hands, on whom the bills are drawn.
