To be Sold by the Subscriber, at next Fredericksburg September Fair, A Negro Woman and four Children, which Woman I some Time ago purchased, at publick Sale, of the Sheriff at Gloucester Courthouse, but have since understood that there is a claim against her and Children after the Death of Mrs. Gwin, in Gloucester County. As I intend to leave the Colony in a short time, I thought it proper to give the Claimant and Purchaser this publick notice, so that there may be no Dispute afterwards. I have likewise for Sale a House, Storehouse, and two valuable Lots, in the Town of Fredericksburg.

Alexander Kennedy.
