SIXTEEN Hundred Acres of Land, or thereabouts, lying on Nusiponix Run, within seven Miles of Fredericksburg Town, and not more than three Miles from Rappahannock River. Six Months Credit will be allowed, on giving Bond and Security to the Executors.
N.B. Many Gentlement who purchased Effects at the Sale of Woodford's Estate, have neglected to pay for the same: They are desired not to delay the Payment longer than October Fair, where Attendance will be given for that Purpose.
