Last Sunday the Reverend Doctor Wotherspoon, Principal of the College at Princetown, in New Jersey, delivered a Discourse in the Market House, from these Words in St. Mark (Chapter 8th, and 38th Verse) Whosoever, therefore, shall be ashamed of me, and of my Words, in this adulterous and sinful Generation, of him also shall the Son of Man be ashamed when he cometh in the Glory of his Father, with the Holy Angels. Strength of Reasoning, persuasive Arguments, and a Stile truly becoming the Gospel, affected the Audience very sensibly, and reflected Honour on that worthy Man.
