The weather setting in very bad on the third day of the sale of Mr. Benjamin Grymes's estate (before advertised by his trustees) prevented the whole from being sold, this is to give notice that on the third Monday in May next, being fair day, will be sold, in Fredericksburg, on credit till the 25th of April 1773, between twenty and thirty SLAVES, a tract of Land, containing 2000 acres, near Lewis's bridge, which will be sold altogether, or in parcels as can be agreed on at the sale; also a tract, containing 1600 acres, adjoining Recovery Furnace tract, a brig about one 100 tons burthen, several waggons, carts, and their geer, sundry beds and other houshold and kitchen furniture, as well as all the books, and every thing else belonging to the estate of the said Grymes. Five per cent. discount will be allowed for ready money, and all bonds no discharged at the time they become due to bear interest from their dates.
