The Ship Neptune, William Mallam, Commander, lying at West-Point, takes on Board Tobacco at Six Pounds per Ton, with Liberty of Consignment; the said Vessel is British built, Burthen about 500 Hogsheads, and will sail early in May next.

Notes and Orders on Rappahannock will be receive'd by Mr. Dick at Fredericksburg, and Mr. Mills at Tappahannock; for York and James River, by Mr. Pride at York-Town; and the Captain will attend all convenient Courts.
