FREDERICKSBURG, Sept. 12, 1770.

WHEREAS my wife some time ago left me, and before she did ran me considerably in debt; and as I understand she is harboured about this town, and very likely may continue the same practice, much to my prejudice: I hereby forewarn all persons from trusting her on my account, as I am determined to pay no debts of her contracting. I likewise forewarn all persons from harbouring or concealing her, if they would avoid being presecuted as the law directs.

WILLIAM PAUL.
