Fredericksburg, August 1, 1772

The Subscriber intends quitting Business in the Town of Fredericksburg in September next; and having a large Quantity of DRUGS upon Hand, will dispose of them to Gentlemen of the Faculty, or others at a Hundred per Cent. Advance on the original Invoice, for ready Money only. He will himself give Attendance at his Shop on the main Street, in Fredericksburg, opposite to Mr. Henry Mitchell's Store, the Shop formerly kept by Mercer and Clements.
