NEAR 2000 acres of LAND, about 14 miles from Fredericksburg, lying about 3 miles on Mattapony river, on the north side thereof, which was formerly the property of Benjamin Grymes. The land will be sold in lots, or otherwise, as suits the pruchasers, and reasonable credit given, if required. Mr. Grymes will shew the land to any person inclinable to purchase it.
