Mount Pleasant, Mattapony, February 10, 1773.

The Copartnership of Miller and Heslop being dissolved, all Persons indebted are requested to make immediate Payment. Those that cannot, and expect any Indulgence, are desired to give their Notes or Bonds, that no Disputes may hereafter arise. Suite will be commenced against such as fail, without Respect of Persons. The Debts due to the Copartnery are now entirely the Property of the Subscriber, who has empowered Mr. David Blair of Fredericksburg to collect them. - As I intend for Great Britain immediately after the April General Court, all Persons indebted to me, on my own private Account, are desired to make speedy Payment, to prevent Trouble; and those who have any Demands against me, or Miller and Heslop, are desired to make them known immediately, that they may be settled.

JOHN MILLER.
