To be SOLD at Fredericksburg, on Thursday the 20th of June, being Spotsylvania Court Day,

THE DWELLING HOUSE now possessed by me, with the Timber Yard adjoining, whereon are erected a Kitchen, Smokehouse, and every Convenience necessary for a Family; it is situated on the main Street in Fredericksburg, and may be easily converted into a Store. Credit will be given until October General Court for one Half the Money, and until April General Court for the other Half.
