A TRACT of Land, containing 330 Acres or thereabouts, adjoining to the Town of Fredericksburg, at the lower End thereof, Part of which may be laid off [in] convenient Lots, running a great Length upon the River, and part thereof is capable of being turned into good Meadows. Any Person inclinable to purchase the same may know the Terms of Major Richard Tutt, living near Fredericksburg, or the Subscriber, who is Owner thereof, and lives at Major Philip Clayton's, in Culpepper County,
