AUGUST 1, 1771.
STRAYED or stolen from the Subscriber, near Fredericksburg, a likely BAY MARE, about fourteen Hands high, hot branded as I recollect, has a small white Saddle Spot upon her Back, which I believe is the only white Part about her, a Switch Mane and Tail, that are black, as also her Legs; she paces and trots well, and is about seven Years old. Whoever delivers the said Mare to the Subscriber, or acquaints him by Post how or where she may be had, shall receive a PISTOLE Reward.
