On Wednesday the 8th of October next, at three o'clock in the afternoon, before Mr. James's door, in Fredericksburg, will be exposed to publick sale,

THE sloop INDUSTRY, now lying at Fredericksburg, together with her sails, rigging, &c. She will carry upwards of four thousand bushels of grain.

Mess. Joseph Watkins, and Roger Dixon, are empowered to sell her.
