In case any of the Letters which the Subscriber has wrote to the Gentlemen (principally concerned in the Land under Governor Dinwiddie's Proclamation, in 1754) respectively desiring them to be at the intended general Meeting of the Officers at Fredericksburg the 23d Instant, should have miscarried, this is to inform them that a Meeting at that Time and Place is indispensably necessary, and to request the Favour of them to meet accordingly.
