On Friday the 5th Instant departed this life at Mount Hermon, in King George County, in the forieth Year of his Age, Mr. John Neilson, who was much esteemed, and his Death deeply regretted by his numerous Acquaintances. He was interred at Falmouth, where he chiefly resided as a Merchant above twenty Years. Being an old presiding Master of the ancient and honourable Society of Freemasons, the United Brethren of Fredericksburg and Falmouth Lodges attended his Funeral, and in proper Form paid him the lasting Honours due to a worthy Member.
