1. SITE PLAN
The reference for this lot is Block 32 #1214 (1214 Caroline Street) found in D.B. 223, Page 512. The lot is 102.00 ft. deep and 34.00 ft. wide. The off sets for the existing dwelling are as shown on the attached survey plat, and the new dwelling will follow those offsets with the exception of the back offset which will be held at 30.00 ft. off of the property line. See attached structure location plan.

2. ROOF PLAN
The roof design as drawn on the plan is uncomplicated and straight forward. The existing portion of the house has straight gable ends with the rafters having a one foot overhang. The new section will be built as a reverse gable keeping the one foot overhang in all areas except the off set section of the house which will have a three foot overhang. This keeps the exterior lines neat and clean and allows a place to put exterior lighting and also provides an overhang for the side entrance. Even though the building plans indicate pre-manufactured roof trusses, in all reality the roof will be in field cut due to lack of staging and lay down area.

3. TRIM DETAILS
All trim will be installed around exterior windows and doors as shown on the building plans. This is 5/4x6 trim boards set to receive the siding. All trim on the new section will of course be harmony with the existing section.
