Laarman -123 Caroline Street Description of Proposal

The goal is to replace back yard, preexisting fences and a gate with new fences and a gate.

In general, the replacement will run along the preexisting fence/gate lines, except that at B and C, as shown on the marked-up Triple K proposal, the fences will run with the "true" property lines, as shown on the survey.

The current fences at A, B, and C are wire fences, approximately 33" in height. They will be replaced with wooden fences - generally 6' except at B and the rear of C. (All of A will be 6'.) B, and the rear of C, will be 3', and B also will incorporate a gate of that height. The principal style is circled at the top of the marked-up Triple K proposal; as noted on that proposal, however, the 3' sections will be "dog ear picket."

Currently, D is a wooden fence/gate combination (picket style) and E is a wooden fence of the same style. Both are 4'. They will be replaced (with both incorporating gates) and will follow the style and height of the new fences in the back.

Triple K will supply all of the materials and perform all of the installation.

The only points visible from the street (or otherwise publicly visible) are D and E. C is just barely visible, if one is straining to look from the narrow opening between 121 and 123 Caroline St.
