Gentlemen,
By Mr. Jos. Jones I send you a list of alterations in landed property & also a list of land assessm't since my last return which has not been before assessed in this county. You'l also get a list of lands Over char'd as pr the Commissioners Books. My salary you'l please deliver Mr. Jones a Certificate for the Am't & also my Colliagree Observancy? to add the allowance made by law on all lands which we have now assessed. You'l also receive to our last year return where you'l find us allow'd for the lands then assessed. Your Observance of the above will much oblige Gen'l your H. Ser't, William Alexander. Auditors at Richmond Town
