On this 2nd day of July 1853 before the the undersigned a justice of the peace of the said county personally came Ezekill Collett and William Warne, reputable householders of the county aforesaid and residents of the neighborhood of John Riker deceased who were by me duly sworn faithfully and honestly to appraise the personal estate which was of the said John Riker dec'd according to the Law. Ezekill Collett, William Warne. Subscribed and sworn before me this 2nd day of July A.D. 1853, Alfred Ward, Justice of the Peace.
