Be it remembered that on the twentieth day of August A.D. 1849 personally appeared before me John M. Johnston Clerk of the Probate Court of the County of Franklin aforesaid Andre McCoy administrator of the Estate of John H. Davis late of said County deceased and being duly sworn deposeth and saith that the foregoing inventory to which this is annexed, is in all respects just and true and contains a full statement of all the property belonging to said estate (except the widows loom) there being not bond mortgages, notes or moneys bank bills or other circulating medium belonging to said estate which have come to his knowledge considered worth anything.
