To sold on Wednesday the 22d of December, at the House of Mrs. Lucy Dixon, in Fredericksburg, A TRACT of LAND in Culpeper County, about six Miles above Germanna, known by the Name of Jones's containing about 400 Acres, upon which is a Dwelling House and sundry other Buildings lately built. Likewise eighteen valuable SLAVES. Credit will be allowed till the 10th of June, upon Bond with approved Security, to carry Interest from the Date, if not punctually paid, to

N.B. I desire those who bought Negroes of me last December to take Notice that their Bonds become due the 15th of next Month, and beg they will not fail to discharge them at the Time of the above intended Sale. A Compliance with the Request will save them a Year's Interest, and the Consequence of Neglect will be a Suit immediately against every Person failing.
