FREDERICKSBURG, April 10, 1766.
THE subscriber is legally appointed attorney in fact for Col. George Mercer of Virginia, now at London, and as such is empowered to receive any consignments to the said George Mercer. The letter of attorney is duly recorded in the General Court; and all Captains of ships, who have any packages consigned to him, at their peril to take notice of the premises.
