FREDERICKSBURG, March 4, 1768.

ALL persons having had dealings with Lenox, Scott, and company, at their store lately kept in the town of Fredericksburg, or elsewhere, are desired to take notice, that Mr. James Somervell, of the said town of Fredericksburg, is duly authorized and impowered to settle all the said Company's accounts, and to receive all debts due to them.

ALL persons indebted to Lenox, Scott, and company, are desired to take notice that every debtor who shall fail to come and settle their accounts before the first day of June next, will be immediately dealt with according to the law, without respect to any person or persons whatsoever.
