FREDERICKSBURG, March 4, 1768.

ALL persons having had dealings with Lenox, Scott, and Co. at their store lately kept in the town of Fredericksburg, or elsewhere, are desired to take notice that Mr. James Somervell, of the said town, is duly authorized and empowered to settle all the said Company's accounts, and to receive all debts due to them.

ALL persons indebted to Lenox, Scott, and Co. and desired to take notice that every debtor who shall fail to come and settle their accounts before the first day of June next will be immediately dealt with according to the law, without respect to any person or persons whatsoever.
