FREDERICKSBURG, December 14, 1770. Pursuant to the Will of Dr. John Sutherland, will be set up to the highest Bidder, and SOLD in the Town of Fredericksburg,

A WHOLE ACRE LOT in the said Town, situated on the main Street, and now in the Occupation of Mr. James Robb. There is every convenient House on the said Lot suitable either for a Merchant or private Gentleman, and all at present in tolerable Repair. The Purchaser to have Possession of the same at the Expiration of Mr. Robb's Term, which happens next October. An indisputable Title will be made to the Purchaser, and six Months Credit allowed, on Bond and approved Security. The Sale will be before Captain Weedon's Door, on the 3d Thursday in February.
