The lots chgd to Alex Turner last year have been improperly chgd to him. They were purchased of Abraham Howard by said Turner who conveyed to Sarah T. Daniel & she convyd to Baptist Church. It appears that when the lot was tranfs to Turner the commr did to release Howard.

Free African American citizens owning property in Falmouth were noted in the land tax with a (B. In transcribing the close parenthesis has been added.
